The O’Fallon Fire Protection District is seeking proposals for two (2) Brush Trucks. Sealed Bids will be accepted between the regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the O’Fallon Fire Protection District Administrative Office, 111 Laura K Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63366, until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Bids received after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 will not be considered. The bids will be opened and read out loud at the Thursday, June 22, 2023 Board Meeting Open Session. SEALED BIDS will be reviewed and awarded at the Thursday, July 13, 2023 Board Meeting Work Session. The OFPD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any and all technicalities and to award the contract to the bidder that best meets the accompanying specifications.
Sealed submissions must be received by the District Custodian of Records at 111 Laura K Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63366, no later than 3:00 p.m., June 21, 2023. A completed copy of the 13-page RFP form must be included with the bid. 7 copies of specifications are to be provided with each bid.
Envelopes shall be sealed and addressed to:

Electronic or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
BRUSH TRUCK complete RFP packet may be picked up at the Administrative Offices, 111 Laura K Drive, O Fallon, MO 63366, Monday thru Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., OR, downloaded from the District’s website from the Board of Directors main page, click on Meeting Minutes and the RFP will be listed there.
